She is survived by: her husband Everett McCullough; her son Ted (Linda) of St. Marys, WV; her granddaughters, Carrie Stout (David) of Parkersburg, WV and Kristi Canfield (Steve) of Sistersville, WV; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Ethan Clark, Cole, Kara, Trenton, Kelly and Jamie Canfield.
