With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dollie E. Higgins of Saint Marys, West Virginia, who passed away on January 8, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Herman and Anna Wherry Campbell; her husband Everett F. Higgins; her daughter Carolyn Frye; and her sisters, Edna Cornell, Lucille Sparks, Audrey Science and Marie Adams.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Higgins (Jane) of St. Marys, WV; her grandchildren, Michael Higgins (Jenny) of Fleming, OH, Christina Campbell (Steve) of St. Marys, WV and Angela Bailey (Greg) of Spotsylvania, VA; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Kaylee, Jenna, Jocelynn, Jordan, Brandon and Anthony; and her siblings, Luella Hughes of Winterhaven, FL and Pete Campbell of Parkersburg, WV.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the Covid Pandemic, wearing of masks and social distancing will be observed.
