He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Burkhammer and Peggy Lois Cornell Burkhammer; and his sister Jan Howell. He is survived by: his siblings, Vic Burkhammer (Nancy), Jill Hornish (Dana), Andy Burkhammer (Missy) and Luke Burkhammer (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
