He is survived by: his mother Sue Keith Tarlton; his wife Crystal L. Wade; his children, Chanel London Wigal, Braxton Allen McCartney, Haley Marie Blackstone, Brandon Joesph Bivins and Alexis Kelly Bivins; his stepfather Dan Tarlton; and his brother Steve.
