He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Hart and Evelyn Lamp Hart; his former wives, Nancy Baylor and Vivian Gay Smitley; his wife Donna Boydstun Hart; and his children, Bobby D. Hart, Jr. and Barbara Rae Hart.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Jean Hart Logsdon of Maryland; his stepchildren, John Hupp (Laura) of St. Marys, WV and Kristina Dalrymple (Carl) of Belmont, WV; and his granddaughter Bethany Hupp.
