He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Henderson Hall; his children, Mark Amos Hall (Karen), Kelly Diane Hall Powell and Jodi Renee Hall Jones (Anthony); his grandchildren, Austin, Tyler, Lacey Hall, Cameron, Cason Powell, Logan and Ryan Jones; and his siblings, Alan Hall (Karen), Roger Hall (Sara), Jerry Hall (Cynthia) and Randa Gregg (Johnny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
