He is survived by: his mother Joann Feazelle (Haddock); his son Cody Jacob; his grandchildren, Miylah Mae, Rylie Grayce, Easton Clark, Owen Jacob and Greyson Cole; his wife Dawn Feazelle (Lemasters); his sons, TJ and Nic Feazelle; his grandchild Greyson Feazelle; his nephew Jason Feazelle; his great-nephews, Mackenzie Hudson and Jayce Feazelle; and his in-laws, Chuck Thompson, Cindy Mallen, Tammy Lacy, Debbie Taylor, Sandra Thompson, Amanda Hively and Leigh Cavender.
