He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Brianna Canterbury of Raleigh, NC and Alex Canterbury of Logan; his stepson David Crosby of Arlington, TX; his granddaughter Lillian Hazel Erby of Charleston, WV; and his siblings, Linville Hensley, Keith Canterbury (Leann) and Cindy Caldwell (Larry). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
