He is survived by: his sisters, Juanita Carol (Tackett), Smith (Clarence Robert) of Scott Depot, WV, Brenda Joy (Tackett), White (Clifford Eugene) of Xenia, OH and Brittany Kay Wood (Wesley) of Hurricane, WV; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Ryan, Tyler, Justin, Paula Lynn Tackett, Valerie Ann Workman of St, Lisa Gail Brodbeck (Steve), Kimberly King (Joe) of St, Monica Painter (Larry), Donald Tackett Jr. of St and Bryan Smith of Ft; and his aunts and uncles, Garland, Eva Mae Harless of St, Kaye Hudson, Double Cousins, Herman Harless of St, Lana (Harless), Meddings (Donny) of St, Connie White (Harless) of St and Bonnie Harless of St. Albans, WV.
