It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie A. Raines of Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert M. Rhule; and her siblings, Jennifer Rhule and Mark Rhule. She is survived by: her mother Emogene Rhule (McLane); her children, Gretchen Raines of Saint Albans, Keitha Harrison of Saint Albans and Brandon "Joey" Raines (Kara) of Wellsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Kendall Raines, Mackenzie Harrison, Brennon Harrison, Keyauna Thompson, Taevion Thompson, Asani Brown, Natalie Raines, Gavin Raines, Layla Raines and Wyatt Raines; and her brother Nathan "Bobby" Rhule.
