We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2020, at the age of 73, Sheila Jean Perrine of Saint Albans, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bragg and Thelma Perkins Bragg; and her brother Donnie Bragg. She is survived by: her husband Alfred W. Perrine; her son Charles William Perrine; her siblings, Patricia Selman, David Bragg, Ann Hawkins, Anita Armentrout, Jim Bragg, Debbie Stanley, Rick Bragg and John Paul Bragg; and her grandchildren, Sarah Perrine and Ashley Weekly.
