It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy G. Lowther (Saint Albans, West Virginia), born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Lowther and Evelyn Eddy Lowther; his wife Evelyn W. Cline Lowther; and his siblings, Vera Lowther Litton and Russell E. Lowther.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra G. Lowther Clancy; his sister Rita Lowther Borousk; his son-in-law Charles A. Clancy; and his granddaughter Caitlin E. Clancy.
