He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Junior Mann and Ruby Catherine Mann (Roby); and his daughter Judith Wanless. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Frances Carper of Marlinton, Cynthia Leigh Fields of Summersville, Two, Michael Burke Mann of St. Albans and Timothy Ray Mann of Teays Valley, WV; and his sister Dottie Lou Ziegler (Thirteen) of Novi, MI.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Beaver Creek Cemetery (5151 Beaver Creek Rd, Marlinton, WV 24954).
