With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo Scott Arnold of Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away on May 1, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arnold and Garnet Milam Arnold; and his siblings, Eloise Arnold Browning, Ed, Roger and Leon Arnold.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Flowers Arnold; his children, Lara Arnold Elkins (Tom) of St. Albans and Chris Arnold (Rebecca) of Ashford; his grandsons, Tyler Elkins, Corey Arnold, Brandon Elkins and Caleb Arnold; his brothers, Bob Arnold of Ohio and Jim Arnold of Ohio; and his granddaughter Sara Chambers.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
