Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeane Ann Herscher of Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 66, on October 11, 2021. She was predeceased by: her father Edward Herscher; and her brother William Herscher. She is survived by: her mother Doris Herscher; and her siblings, Mary Beth Parsons, Thomas Herscher (Dianne) and David Herscher (Tracie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
