She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Simpson and Bessie Simpson; her husband Bill Rubinoff; and her siblings, June Simpson Young, Rebecca Simpson Kelly, Joan Simpson Clark, Carl Simpson, Jr. and Leonard Simpson.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Simpson Swope of Darbyville, Kenneth Simpson of St. Albans and Jim Simpson of Nitro.
