He was predeceased by: his mother Frankie Keeney Stephenson. He is survived by: his granddaughter Courtney; his father John Stephenson; his wife Mary Jane Sutphin Stephenson; his children, Cathy Jacob and John; his grandchildren, Brittany Culbertson (Josh), Ashley Bird (Justin), Brooke Stephenson, Ashton Stephenson, Preston Stephenson and Heaven; and his great grandchildren, Trenton, Colby, Bradley, Isaac, Cohen, Sawyer, Pam Graham, Steve, Linda Fox, Dr. Charmaine Lepley and Barbara Witmer.
