He is survived by: his daughter Terry Saunders (David) of St. Albans; his siblings, Gary Dean Payne (Joanne) of Columbia, MD and Sherry Lynn Bishop (Hal) of Emporia, KS; and his niece Ella Light. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
