She was predeceased by: her parents, William Donald and Mattie Naomi Shamblin (Hutchinson); and her siblings, Paul Shamblin (Sis), Grover Shamblin (Juanita), Ray Shamblin (Lenore), Gary Edward Shamblin and Peggy Lou Guthrie Gould.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Howard Bailey, Jr.; her children, Lou Ann Hartley (Steven), Kathy Jo Stewart (James), Thomas Howard Bailey, III (Glenva) and Timothy Alan Bailey (Tracy); her grandchildren, Jason Stewart (Andrea), Erica Bailey Weaver (Christian), Thomas William Bailey, Zachary Dylan Bailey, Tyler Alan Bailey and Timothy Cody Bailey (Nina); and her great grandchildren, Cadence, Kennedy Stewart, Ryker, Raelyn Weaver, Ava Bailey, Callie and Holden Bailey. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
The family gives special thanks and donations to be made to HospiceCare Memorial Hospital nursing staff and Genesis Healthcare Dunbar administration and nursing staff.
