He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Meeks; and his grandparents, Joseph, Louise Severeno, Lawrence and Dove Meeks.
He is survived by: his father Lawrence Meeks, Jr. of Winchester, VA; his siblings, Melanie Haskins (Michael) of Suwanee, GA and Larry Meeks (Joyce) of Winchester, VA; his aunt Sandra Chaffin of St. Albans, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Justin, Laryn, Law, Lucas, Ellie and Mia. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
