He is survived by: his significant other Lugene Kern Baston; his children, Conrad Donald (Shelley) of Big Chimney, WV, Constance Diane Baston and Lucinda Ann Dougherty (Martin) of Saint Albans, WV.; his grandchildren, Conrad Russell Baston (Tiffany) of Morgantown, WV and Heather Michelle Hull (Roger) of French Creek, WV; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Diana, Emma Marie, Conrad Garrett Baston, Kylie Paige and Roger Brody Hull.
