We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2022, Charles G. Smith of Saint Albans, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Blount Graley; his stepfather John Graley, Jr. (Carolyn Sue Smith); and his siblings, John Graley, III and Carla Bower. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Peal (Donald) of Hurricane, Charles Smith (Amie) of Tornado and Becky Stevens (Scott) of El Paso, TX; and his brother Ronnie Graley of St. Albans. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
