He is survived by: his mother Charlice Stewart; his stepfather Tim Stewart (Angela Miller); his daughter Laura Miller; his son-in-law Duane Wolford; his stepgrandsons, Rylan and Miles Wolford; his mother-in-law Teresa Eskins (Patricia Eskins); his aunt Pat; his uncle Dave Drzewiecki; his brother Michael Miller (Whitney Miller); his siblings-in-law, Ricky Toler (Denise Toler) and Lisa Parsons (Richard Parsons); and his pets, Katie Bell and Climber. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
