He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie H. McLaughlin and Virgie B. McLaughlin; his siblings, Ralph, Brooks, Bob McLaughlin, Norma Reed, Phyllis Owens and Joann Melton; and his grandson Jimmy Meeks.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McLaughlin of St. Albans; his children, Michael McLaughlin (Sandy) of Alkol, Steve McLaughlin (Becky) of Buckhannon, Cathy J. McLaughlin of Ohio, Jean Meeks (Jim) of Florida and Diana Curry (Christopher) of Huntington; and his grandchildren, Justin Meeks, Matthew McLaughlin, Lauren Curry, MacKenzie Curry and Kaela Vickers. He is also survived by his dad, brothers, sons, grandsons and friends.
