He is survived by: his sister Ruby Meister of Cleveland Ohio; and his children, Pamela Kemp (Charlie Smith) of Saint Albans and Doug Kemp (Ruth Kemp) of Scott Depot. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
