He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wanda Rutledge, Elmer "Tug" and Dot Raines. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Rutledge and Betsy Rutledge; his grandfather Bruce E Rutledge of Dunbar; his sisters, Stacy Pridemore (Philip) of Southside, WV and Julie Anne DeMartino (Sam) of North Port, FL; his nieces and nephews, Grayson, Cole Pridemore, Adrianna and Mia DeMartino; his pet Kirby; and his close friends, Julie Graham and Chris Jett.
