With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Earl Parks of Rupert, West Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Parks; and his daughters, Rebekah and Diana. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Parks of Havana, FL; his pet Angel; his sons, John Parks (Eve) of Rupert, WV, James Parks (Crystal Dawn) of Waterford, CT and Joseph Parks (Crystal Swan) of Vernon, CT; and his brothers, Phil Parks (Debbi) of Havana, FL and Paul Parks of Singapore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
