He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bennett Patton; his children, Jennifer Simmons (Gerald) of Hillsboro, Jessi Wills (Dwayne) of Smoot, Charles Patton (Leann) of Texas and Clint Patton of Ohio; his brother Lonzo Patton of Rupert; and his stepchildren, Crystal Harper (David) of Nettie and Kevin Amick (Mindy) of Nettie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
