It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Larkin Keen of Rupert, West Virginia, born in Manassas, Virginia, who passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Joseph Keen, Jr. and Karen Joy Garrison Smith; his son Samuel Larkin Keen, Jr.; and his grandparents, Roscoe and Billie Louise Trivette.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ireland Jewel Keen of Rupert, W. V, Samantha Joy Keen of Rupert, W. V and Emily Keen of Richmond; his wife Felicia Ann Spencer Keen of Crawley, W. V; his brother Timothy Delano "Red" Keen of Rupert, W. V; his half-brothers, William Joseph Keen (Eliza) of Clintwood and Walter James Keen (Hannah) of Clintwood; his stepmother Vicky Long Keen of Clintonville, W. V; his niece Winter Jane Keen of Clintwood; his nephews, Winston James Keen of Clintwood and William Joseph "Jay" Keen, II of Clintwood; and his cousin Eddie Dempsey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
