He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Walter Cox and Goldie Ann Wickline Cox; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Kay Abel Cox; his brothers, Robert Eugene Cox and Larry Allen Cox; and his grandparents, Erbie Jackson, Mary Ann Perry Cox, Allen and Lilly Wickline.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chasity Berry (David) of Rupert, Kathryn "Katie" Parsons (Daniel) of Rupert, Roxanne (Steve Osborne) of Bellburn and Amanda Smith of Smoot; his grandchildren, Kevin Thompson (Amy), Zachary Thompson, Lowell Thomas Cox Thompson, Makena Thompson, Logan Berry, Summer Berry Cody Parsons (Dayla), Devin Parsons, Zander Lilly, Zevin Lilly and Alexa Osborne; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Thompson and Evan Parsons; his siblings, Sam Harrell and Betty Jane Cox Brown of Rupert; his close friends, Wes Belcher, Pat, Paula Hamilton, Carol Lilly, Robert Neal and Crazy Steve; and his pet Manda. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.
He fought a battle for 25 years to fight his biggest and final battle of having Covid.
