He was predeceased by: his parents, Wran Withrow and Beulah Smith Withrow; his daughter Annette Withrow; and his sister Margie Osborne (Ray). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Myles Withrow; his son Ronnie Withrow (Pam); his grandson Clay Withrow; his sister Laura Sevy (Jerry); his stepchildren, John Myles (Kathy), David Myles (Pam) and Cheryl Flaim (Tim); his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Spencer (Daniel), Jason Myles (Camille) and Jon Myles (Hannah); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison, Jacob Spencer, Abby, Carter Myles, Beckett and Case Myles.
