He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edgar Cade and Ena Belle Jefferies Cade; his former wife Betty Hanna Cade; and his daughter Sally Ann Cade. He is survived by: his wife Anita Kay Cade; his sons, Jack E. Cade, Jr. (Kathy) of Ohio and David Cade (Wanda) of Ohio; his stepdaughters, Karen Campbell (Curney) and Melissa Lance; and his brothers, Jean Cade and Jimmy Cade. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rainelle Chapel (283 Main St, Rainelle, WV 25962). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
