He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Brackenrich and Sue Ella Nicely Brackenrich; his wife Hazel Ruth Brackenrich (Taylor); and his siblings, Lemuel Brackenrich, Laburn Brackenrich and Sallie Frances Brown.
He is survived by: his sisters, Hilda Clendenen and Nova Rutherford; his caregivers, Lisa Skaggs, Brenda Harris and Virginia Crane; and his close friends, Jeff, Amy, Chelsea Hellems, Drema Dorsey, Mike Goddard, Luke Brown and Kirby Blankenship. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
