She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn A. Crist and Annie Marie Beam Crist; her husband Richard Lee Cales; her son Robert Lee Cales; and her brothers, Robert Forest Crist, Harry Cecil Crist, William Ray Crist, Lawrence Irven Crist, Gerald Vincent Crist, Leo Glen Crist, Hershel James Crist and Basil Howard Crist.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Ann Cales and Melvin Ray Cales; her grandchildren, Shawn Eric Cales (John Bradley Pulliam) and Anna Kristine Pulliam; her great grandchildren, Madison Leeann Proffitt (Austin), Morgan Erica Cales, Brynn Weslee Cales, Kara Lynn Bretz (Josh Wilson) and Jeremiah Wayne Pulliam; her great great grandchild Nikara Lynn; and her extended family, Rudolph Beale and Ruth Williams.
