He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray Crookshanks and Olive Leah Boggess Crookshanks; and his son Michael Crookshanks. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Crane Crookshanks; his sons, Matthew Crookshanks, Maner Crookshanks (Jamie), Chad Crookshanks (Tiffany) and Joshua Crane (Tiffany); his sister Donna Richmond (Johnny); and also Casey. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
