She was predeceased by: her parents, Burr Crookshanks and Pauline Evans Crookshanks; her husband Julian Wesley Beitz; and her siblings, Mary Catherine Scruggs, Burr "Junior" Crookshanks, Ralph Crookshanks and Dayton Ray Crookshanks.
She is survived by: her son Donald E. (Betty D. Crookshanks) of Rupert; and also, Connie Reel, Alice Holland and Mona Murphy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
