With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Stafford (Rowlesburg, West Virginia), who passed away on November 6, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Moats and Mary Loughrey Moats; and her siblings, Jack Moats, Ray Moats, Gladys Moats, Margie Moats, Franklin "Bink" Moats, Jimmie "Jim" Moats, Paul Moats, Lavada "Turk" Moats and Harold Moats.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney Stafford; her daughter Cynthia Van Stafford; her siblings, Carl Todd Moats (Wanda) of Rowlesburg and Bearldean Evans (Ernest "Sonny") of Kerens; her niece Phyllis Lipscomb (Jay) of Reidsville, NC; and her nephew Donald Moats (Tressa) of Rowlesburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
During the visitation and funeral social distancing will be observed and masks are required.
