He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bennett (Moore); his daughter Tonya Marie Moats; his granddaughter Jasmine Nicole Moats of Erwin; and his sisters, Judy Lipscomb (Ken) of Anchorage, AK and Ethel Sypolt of Moatsville.
