With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Doyne Shaffer (Rowlesburg, West Virginia), who passed away on March 5, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Roy E.; his wife Catherine Lucille Bishoff Shaffer; and his siblings, Rosalene DeBarr, Betty Mae Waybright, Delbert "Deb", Brown, Marvin, Ira and Wilbert Shaffer.
He is survived by: his parent Flossie Williams Shaffer; his children, Darla Shaffer of Kingwood and Kevin D. Shaffer of Rowlesburg; and his grandchildren, Jamie Shaffer and Kaleb Shaffer.
