She is survived by: her father John Franklin Bulford; her husband Timothy Dale Burns; her daughters, Carrie Marie Burns Miller and Pamela Sue Burns (Stanley) of Barrackville, WV; her grandchildren, Dessie Lorraine Burns and Timothy Fleming; her siblings, Jerry Franklin Bulford (Terri), Sue Selders (Earl), Aurora, Peggy Carrico (Sonny), Nancy Dean (Jim) of Core, WV, Bonnie Bulford and Grafton; and her mother-in-law Lillian Burns. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
