He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Knotts and Bertha Evelyn Knotts (Funk); and his siblings, Buck, Leonard, Arthur, Gertrude and Bernice.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Knotts of Rowlesburg, Jason Knotts of Clendenin and Devon Linton of Rowlesburg; his sisters, Shirley Colebank, Linda Pyles (Melvin) and Sue Flynn (Bill); and his grandchildren, Wyatt and Haydon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
