He is survived by: his children, Robert Moats of Rowlesburg, Vonda Barto of Hartselle, AL., Irene Simons of Tunnelton and Lucy Moats of Rowlesburg; and his sister Geraldine Moats. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren. twelve great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
