She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Bolyard and Irene Bever Bolyard Buckingham; and her brother Harry Bolyard (Elizabeth). She is survived by: her husband Forest M. Goff, Jr.; her son Sheldon Goff (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Tanis and Kitara Goff; her daughter Summer Perea (Benito Perea, Jr.); her grandchildren, Ayla of Rowlesburg, Shiona of Rowlesburg and Alissia Perea of Rowlesburg; her siblings, Gregory Bolyard (Lois) of Conway, SC, Nelson Shane Buckingham of Grafton and Annetta Breese; and her daughter Autumn Sheets (Walter) of Rowlesburg.
