He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Andrew Sr. and Jane Bruno Miller; and his brother Michael Andrew Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Butler Miller of Rowlesburg; his children, Andrew Miller (Becca) of Wheeling and Jane Kennedy (Bryce) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Conner Miller, Riley Miller and Beckett Kennedy; and his siblings, Carol Peters (Dennis) of Grafton and Brady Miller of Harrisonburg, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
