Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Felton of Rowlesburg, West Virginia, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 91, on November 25, 2020. She was predeceased by: her son Gary; her parents, Shade Bolyard and Prudence Bolyard (Bartlett); her siblings, Ardeth, Ada Louise, Dick, Dorsey and Jim Bolyard; her son David Felton; her grandson Isaac Felton; her nephew Rev. Terry Bolyard; and her brother-in-law Daniel Felton (Gloria).

She is survived by: her husband Paul Felton; her children, Rick (Linda) of Morgantown and Debra (Jim) of Rowlesburg; her daughter-in-law Caron Vilasuso of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Christopher Felton of Morgantown, Ian Felton (Jen), Minneapolis, Justin Morell (Cassie) of Morgantown, Michael Dougan (Jennifer) of Sherman, Lindsey Drvar (Jared) of Morgantown, Kayla Dawkins (Jon) of Fairmont, Nikki, Zoey Vilasuso of Morgantown, Jenni Adams (Josh) of Kingwood and Rebecca Dougan (Ryan) of Morgantown; her granddaughter-in-law Becky Felton of Morgantown; her great grandchildren, Haleigh, Tyler, Kali, Josh, Millie, Jonas, Luke, Frannie, Finnegan, Teagan and Grace; her great great grandchild Connor; and her brother-in-law Hugh Felton (Helen Mae).

Due to Covid, there will be a Private Graveside Service at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. David Spence officiating on Sunday, November 29, 2020. A Memorial Remberance Celebration will take place post Covid.
