He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Ray Goff and Maudie Mildred Goff (Howdershelt); his siblings, Ray Goff, Ronald Goff, Richard "Dick" Goff, Helen Jean Knotts, Patty Bell, Alice Sigley and Mary Bolyard; and his parents-in-law, Homer D. Knotts and Helen Rae Knotts.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Goff (Knotts); his son Allen Goff Jr. (Amy) of Aurora; his grandson Hunter Owen Goff; his siblings, Darrell Goff (Charlotte) of Valley Bend and Peggy Wensel (Kirk) of Wheeling; and his siblings-in-law, Lowell Bolyard of Akron, OH, Lanny Knotts (Faye) of Kingwood, Rosemary Goff of Kingwood and Jean Goff of Monroe Falls, OH.
