A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Victory Valley Church.
In lieu of flowers and honor of Judy's kind and caring ways of liking to help those less fortunate, non-perishable foods are being collected and can be sent to the Judy Kelley Food Pantry at 150 Kelley Dr. Rosemont, WV 26424 or can be dropped off at the Victory Valley Church.
