He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Walter and Viola Jones Arbaugh; and his son Gary Arbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Arbaugh; his siblings, Earl Arbaugh of Mabscott, WV and Virginia "Ginny" McDowell of Clifton Forge, VA.; and his sons, William Steven (Debbie) of Lexington, KY, Emory Joseph of Raleigh, NC, Kim Curtis (Sue) of Lexington, VA and Barry Wayne (Sandy) of Fishersville, VA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
