We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Elmore of Ronceverte, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard Preston and Lula Susan Hanson Hess; her husband Charles Benton Elmore; and her siblings, John, Ray Hess, Mary Cothran, Lib Howard and Virginia Hess.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Elmore (Karen) of Ronceverte, WV and Susie Anderson of Ronceverte, WV; and her grandchildren, Ben and Hannah. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations of sympathy be made to the Peyton Hospice House, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
