She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Elliott Turner and Thelma June McCormick Turner; and her sisters, Patricia Ann Peek and Millie Blanche Daugherty Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Michael David Isaacs; her son Jeffrey Elliott Isaacs (Jeanne); her grandchildren, Jake and Jett of Belleville, MI; and her siblings, John W. Turner (Shirley) of Ronceverte, WV, Donald R. Turner (Janet) of Lewisburg, WV and Brenda G. Miller (Rusty) of Concord, NC. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
